My work is to find the structure inside complexity and create the conditions for good work to repeat — without me in the room. I am drawn to places where ambiguity is highest: new ventures, cross-border teams, and technical and creative worlds that do not naturally speak to each other. I translate between the technical and the human, between Japan and the wider world, and between intent and what actually ships.

Inside one of the largest scientific collaborations ever assembled, I led a supercomputer design initiative across physicists, engineers, and government stakeholders. It taught me that complexity is rarely the obstacle; the real work is giving many kinds of expertise a structure in which to move together.
As a Japanese government MEXT scholar, I researched general AI models and evolutionary algorithms. Research sharpened a habit that has followed me everywhere since: reduce a difficult problem to its underlying structure, then test the structure against reality.

I am happiest where technical, creative, and commercial judgment have to coexist. I like small teams, plain language, and systems that make people more capable rather than more managed.
The places have changed — Lebanon, Geneva, Tokyo, and teams spread across several continents — but the instinct has not: listen closely, find the structure, and leave the work clearer than I found it.
